I’m sitting with a mix of nerves, pride, and a heart full of gratitude as I share this:
Today is the day I officially hit publish on my book.
The book should be live within the week—and yes, the press release is coming soon. But I couldn’t wait to share this moment with you.
This isn’t just about publishing a book.
It’s about reclaiming my voice, my power, and my purpose.
Personal Injury: The Economic Impact of Abusive Relationships is a deeply personal and professional project—written for the survivors, the silent strugglers, and the ones rebuilding from the inside out. It’s about what abuse really costs—financially, emotionally, legally—and why we need to start talking about it in real terms.

And here’s a full transparency moment: I’m still feeling that impact today.
I won’t sugarcoat it—there are days when the financial weight is real. Being a single mom, launching a law firm, and self-publishing a book isn’t easy. But I’ve learned to meet each challenge with courage, grace, and a deep belief that what I’m building matters—not just for me, but for others walking a similar path.
I’m sharing all of this so survivors everywhere know:
There is hope. There is healing. There is life after abuse.
And yes—there is success, too.
This book is one more way I’m showing up for survivors.
I’m here. I see you. I believe in what’s ahead for you.
📚 Availability:
The book will be available for purchase on Amazon in both paperback and ebook formats.
Hardcover and audiobook versions will be released at a future date—stay tuned!
This is a self-published work, released through my own company—Corrie Gallien Collective, LLC. Every word, every page, every piece of this book is the result of hard work, heart work, and a deep commitment to making space for stories like ours.

Personal Injury features an amazing foreword by Dené Thibeaux, a respected attorney, survivor advocate, and colleague whose voice and leadership in this space continue to inspire me.
🎉 Launch Party Announcement Coming Soon:
I’ll be hosting an official book launch party in early fall—with details on the date and location coming soon. I’ll also be signing copies at the event, so if you purchase a copy now, be sure to bring it with you to get it signed in person.
This moment isn’t just a career milestone—it’s a personal victory. And I’m proud to share it with you all.
With love and resilience,
Corrie Gallien
